D2 Insider: August 2026 provided an exciting start to the school year

This August 2026 episode of D2 Insider showcases why it's been such an exciting start to the school year. From classrooms and campuses to athletics and community partnerships, August was full of reasons to be excited about what’s going on at D2!

We celebrate former D2 students who have returned to serve their community as educators and leaders, share local media coverage highlighting the great things happening at Panorama Middle School and Carmel Community School, and spotlight D2’s innovative propane bus fleet.

We also showcase early learning successes across D2, the opening of Pedro’s Community Pantry at Stratton Meadows Elementary, and a special in-person learning experience for Aspire Online Academy students.

On the athletic front, we highlight a visit from former WNBA champion Shae Kelley, D2’s Harrison-Sierra rivalry matchups, and the launch of girls flag football at Sierra High School.
