If your student(s) will be attending a homeschool program, download the form below (this is not an online form):

How to submit the completed NOI form depends on your situation:
- Student currently attends a District 2 school:
- Submit your NOI directly to the current school, along with your completed withdrawal paperwork
- Student is a current Thrive Home School Academy student:
- Email Thrive Home School’s registrar, Mandy Welch, mwelch@hsd2.org, directly for their NOI
- Student is already homeschooled but is new to District 2.
- By email: Scan and email to Erin Trujillo: etrujillo@hsd2.org or Suzanna Favela: sfavela@hsd2.org
- By mail: Mail to 1060 Harrison Rd, Colorado Springs, CO, 80905, attention: Central Registration
- In Person: Drop off in person at D2 registration office at 1060 Harrison Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80905
Important Reminders:
- You must submit the NOI Form 14 days before beginning the homeschool program.
- You must resubmit the NOI Form each year.
- You are taking on the responsibility for the student's education, including but not limited to books, supplies, tests, and maintaining permanent records.
