Candice Patterson, Assistant Principal

Welcome, Carmel Students and Families! I am eager to begin this 2022-23 school year as this is the year of great change! I am dedicated to supporting our students, families, staff, and community. It brings me great pleasure to see our students continually show not only academic success but social growth and development as well. My job is to ensure each CCS Falcon heads to high school with the very best education, social/emotional skills, and knows they have a support team always available! This 2022-2023 school year will mark my 18^th year with HSD2. I have taught English Language Arts for a combined 11 years at Panorama Middle School and Fox Meadow Middle School, served three years as an instructional coach supporting K-12 teachers across the district, and excitedly, this marks year four of being one of Carmel’s assistant principals.
