Patricia Parks, High School Coordinator

Welcome all students to Aspire Online Academy for another great year.  I am Patricia Parks, High School Coordinator for Aspire Online Academy.  It has been a great pleasure working with the Aspire Online Academy leadership team as the High School Coordinator.  I spent the past 21 years at Panorama Middle School as a math teacher and Assistant Principal.  Before coming to Harrison School District 2, I worked as a teacher for 3 years in Germany and 12 years in Oklahoma.  My passion for education has always been in a secondary role.  I believe all students have the ability to achieve their goals with the help of dedicated staff. 

My vision and goal for all Aspire Online Academy students is to help them become college and career-ready graduates.  I am looking forward to working with Aspire Online Academy’s students to help them move towards meeting their own goals for their future endeavors.  At Aspire Online Academy we are a family and part of my role will be to support students, staff, families, and the community in all aspects of education.  It has always been my belief that if we strive to be the best, then we can achieve anything we put our minds to.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  My two sons live in Colorado Springs along with my two grandchildren.  It has been such fun spoiling my grandkids.  I grew up in Oklahoma, so riding horses is a passion of mine as well.
