Lisa Fish

Lisa specializes in technology integration and media studies. After studying English literature and education in college, she taught middle and elementary school, as well as worked as an instructional coach and library specialist. Fascinated by the learning potential of emerging digital platforms, she obtained a MA in Information and Learning Technologies, earning the Outstanding ILT Graduate Award in her field with an Instructional Technology Specialist endorsement for K-12. Her research focus has been in the area of changing learning behaviors in the Digital Age and includes field work in technology leadership. She loves to find innovative ways to teach, whether it is through computers, iPads, or print media. Digital literacy, global citizenship, instructional design, online/blended learning and Canvas LMS are special areas she enjoys sharing with learners of all ages!

Victoria Marquez

Tori is new to our department this year. Tori has a background in elementary education and Curriculum and Instruction with Educational Technology. She moved here from Missouri where she taught 3rd grade as well as Lego Robotics. She is passionate about inspiring students to learn through project-based learning, hands-on activities, and STEAM implementation. She is always up for an adventure whether it is hiking a mountain or exploring a new way technology can be used in the classroom. Tori looks forward to partnering with teachers to find innovative ways to inspire 21st century learners.

Tori is a Colorado native from Durango. She loves roadtrips and being outdoors with her husband Ryan (from Pueblo) and their two dogs.

Alicia Klausmeier

Alicia will be joining us this year on a limited basis for Special Projects. Alicia has a background in science and engineering, received her M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction and completed an Educational Leadership certification. Alicia has over 11 years of experience teaching K-12 students, writing curriculum, providing teacher professional development, using hands-on STEM equipment and getting her hands dirty with new technology. She is not afraid to try new things and stumble her way through solving problems. Alicia looks forward to working directly with teachers and staff to increase understanding and comfort of new technologies, improve student engagement, and create real-world learning opportunities. Alicia is a Colorado native, born in Colorado Springs. She loves spending her time outdoors in this amazing state with her husband, Dan, and two young kids, Ryker (4) and Everett (2). When not working or outdoors, you can usually find her renovating her house and building “things.”
