Uniform Policy (English)

  • BOTTOMS (SOLID COLOR: KHAKI, BLACK, OR NAVY)

    • Tan, black, or navy slacks, finger-tip length shorts, capri pants or uniform style
      “skort.”  
    • Per district policy, “sagging” is not allowed. Full-length pants may not be rolled up
      to shorten the length. No cut-off shorts. No legging or tights as pants. 
    • Sweatpants or gym shorts are not allowed!!!!
        TOPS  (Polo Style Solid Color: Navy, Black or White only)
      Two or three-button polo style, short or long-sleeved shirt. 
    • NO HOODIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOMS
    • Panorama sweatshirts or shirts are always acceptable.
      Jackets (Solid Color: Navy, Black, White or Grey only)
      Jackets can be worn only if there is no hood on the jacket. Jackets must be of the above
      colors. A Uniform shirt or Panorama shirt must be worn under the jacket.

    FOOTWEAR

    • Safe footwear is required at all times. No flip-flops, house shoes/slippers, slides, or shoes with wheels. Sandals must have a heel strap. NO OPEN TOED
      SHOES ALLOWED!
    • Head Gear: Headbands are only to be worn if they are a solid color. NO multi-
      colored headbands will be allowed.
      • No Bandanas are allowed to be on your head or hanging out of your
        pockets

    DRESS NOT ALLOWED (THIS LIST IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE AND THE FINAL DECISION ON
    WHETHER OR NOT CLOTHING OR FOOTWEAR VIOLATES Panorama Middle School UNIFORM

    • Athletic style shorts/clothing (except in physical education classes or after school sports/activities
      approved by sponsor) 
    • Leggings as pants 
    • Pants with holes and/or rips are not allowed. 
    • Hoodies of any kind 
    • Sunglasses and hats cannot be worn in the building 
    • Any attire deemed to be a disruption by building administration 
    • All other dress/attire that violates School Board Policy (JIC)

     

    CASUAL DRESS OPPORTUNITIES 

    There will be designated days for students to wear a casual dress (must be Middle School appropriate).  There will
    also be other designated casual dress days for various reasons (school spirit, college day, etc.)  Athletics are allowed
    to wear their jerseys on game days, some coaches will require you to wear formal attire on game days.
