  • CRA Class of 2020 Graduation Update

    Class of 2020 graduates and families. We have finalized plans for our July 25th graduation at UC Health Park. Here are some of the highlights:

    1. Each graduate will be able to invite 10 guests
    2. Guests must pick up a ticket for graduation from CRA
    3. Graduates will be transported to UC Health Park by district transportation
    4. All attendees (graduates and families) must wear masks at UC Health Park
    Please review the entire UC Health Park document attached to your email. This information is also available in the link below and on the CRA Facebook page.

  • CRA Summer School Session 2 is under way!

    Please remember that summer school hours are 8:30-11:30 a.m. and that the 8:30 a.m. Monday meeting is mandatory, students can find the link in Canvas. It is also mandatory for students to attend their virtual homeroom with teachers Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Per attendance guidelines, students will be dropped from summer school after 2 absences.  An absence is counted when a student has not attended their virtual class with their teacher and/or has not completed two hours of online work for the day. Please call our office at 579-2580 if you have any questions!

  • UPDATE 7-10-2020

    In an effort to keep you updated about D2’s Return to School 2020 Plan, please see the following:

    • Our Return to Learning Steering Committee has been working hard to bring our plan to staff, parents, students, and community
    • The plan will be fluid and could change based on changing information
    • Parents and community partners will receive this plan on Monday, July 20th via email, the District website, the District app and reminders on social media
    • We can tell you now that every student will receive a laptop and parents will be able to choose In-Person Learning or eLearning
    • Schools will host student check-in days the last week of July and those dates/times will be posted to school websites, Facebook pages and the school marquis by July 17, 2020
    • The first official day of school has been delayed to Monday, August 10th while family/student orientations will occur on August 6th and 7th
    • The Family Economic Data Survey is available online for D2 families. We encourage you to participate. If your children attend one or more of the schools below, please be aware that meals are provided at no cost without completing this application. However, completing this form provides additional benefits to you and the district such as grants, program funding, athletic waivers, and textbooks assistance, among others.

  • Our mission is to provide students with a restorative culture and a plan of study that focuses on academic and personal development so when students graduate they are college or career ready.

    The Career Readiness Academy is a program designed to support all students in learning through both online classes and hands on instruction. Our district supports a variety of learning models because we know that not everyone learns the same way. Our online courses are aligned to common core and provide students with a rigorous learning experience. 

    Students are also able to participate in high school elective courses such as Art, Band, Choir, Drama, P.E., and Early Childhood Education.
