Giberson Elementary is a beautiful and expansive residential school situated next to the picturesque Giberson Park. At Giberson, we cherish our students and families by growing not only the academic growth and achievement of our students but their social and emotional well-being as well. To ensure the best for our students, we focus on nine-character traits that are foundational to building strong character and habits through a program called Capturing Kids' Hearts. Those traits are Empathy, Self-Direct, Teamwork, Responsibility, Respect, Kindness, Courage, Perseverance, and Integrity. Using Capturing Kids' Hearts, all students are greeted at the front door and in their classroom by nurturing and caring adults. Students learn through daily character lessons, and we use Dojo points, and the ROAR store to reinforce positive behavior.
