This is your "one-stop" shopping location for everything you always wanted to know about the insurance products offered by the District. For instructions on how to enroll in benefits through the e-portal please click here. You cannot enroll for the Lincoln National Voluntary products through the e-portal, this must be done via paper enrollment form obtained from the Benefits office.
